1) Google Debuts Chrome OS Web Store for Apps: We don’t know an awful lot about Chrome OS, or even when the super lightweight operating system will launch. Yesterday, Google announced the Chrome OS Web store. Sundar Pichai, one of the architects of Chrome OS, revealed the Web store as a way to rate and review web applications for the desktop market. @ TomsHardware.
2) Microsoft Issues Advisory for 64-Bit Windows 7: Microsoft has issued an advisory for a vulnerability in a component of a small number of Windows versions. The company judges the compromise as very difficult to pull off. @ PCMag.
3) Is iPad cannibalizing Windows PC sales?: About a month ago I asked: “Will iPad cannibalize Mac sales?” Today’s report that iPad is outselling the Mac is another reason to ask.
